One of the most effective ways to grow faster as a creator is to repurpose content.
Instead of creating new content from scratch for every platform, you can turn one idea into multiple posts — saving time and maximizing your reach.
Here’s how I approach content repurposing inside my workflow:
1️⃣ Start With One Core Piece of Content
I typically begin with one “pillar” piece of content each week.
This could be:
- A YouTube video
- A long-form blog post
- A podcast episode
- A detailed email
2️⃣ Break It Into Smaller Pieces
Next, I break that core content into smaller, platform-friendly pieces:
- Instagram carousel posts → summarize key takeaways
- TikTok/Reels/Shorts → 15-30 second video snippets
- Quotes/graphics → for Instagram Stories and Pinterest
- Email content → adapted from the original post
3️⃣ Use Tools to Speed Up the Process
These tools make content repurposing much faster:
- Pictory → for turning text into short videos
- ChatGPT → for writing post variations & captions
- Canva → for creating visuals and graphics
4️⃣ Plan & Automate the Schedule
Once I have the repurposed pieces ready, I schedule them out with RobinReach:
- Automate daily posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn
- Batch schedule for 1-2 weeks at a time
- Maintain consistent visibility on every platform
By repurposing content, I’m able to stay visible on multiple platforms — without burning out trying to create new content for each one.
It’s one of the key systems I teach inside my Creator Workflow Starter Kit — where I break down my full content repurposing framework step-by-step.
